Based in Aluthgama. Kumar plans every itinerary personally and answers every email himself, and he treats guests as houseguests rather than customers.
He is also the one who makes the plans actually happen: checking that everybody is happy along the way, and that the holiday turns out to be the one you came for.

Happiest behind the wheel. He will drop you off with a guide at the start of a scenic train ride and be waiting for you at the other end.
A few other friendly, experienced people drive for Kumar as well, so on a longer trip you may meet one of them too.
Why it matters
With big agencies you often get a different driver every day. Here you get one person for the whole trip, someone who learns what you love by day two and starts surprising you by day three.
